Using Climate Data for Decision Making: The Leuven Climate Data Event

We’re thrilled to announce that on 13 February 2025 the Leuven Climate Data Event will take place. This event brings together city officials, entrepreneurs, and engaged citizens that are interested in contributing to tackling Leuven’s unique environmental challenges through innovative data-driven solutions.

During the day, you can expect expert presentations, including an overview of the USAGE project’s data-focused approaches to Leuven’s city-specific issues, as well as a hands-on competition where small teams will work with climate maps to address real-world cases in the city of Leuven, guided by a data expert.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to engage with peers, explore innovative approaches, and make an impact on Leuven’s climate resilience.
