How does It work?

The Climathon begins with an opening ceremony and expert-led panel discussions on Ferrara’s key climate challenges: urban heat islands, floods, and biodiversity. Participants will then:

Form teams in a facilitated session.
Engage in a hands-on competition to brainstorm, ideate, and develop solutions.
Pitch their ideas to a panel of judges.
